Worms in Mabele

I bought 2 bags of Mabele 5kg porridge at the Checkers Hyper in Sandton, and found that one of the packets had worms in them, and i didn't bother opening the second. I called the store this morning to inform them and was very abruptly told that because i threw the slip away, i could not return THEIR rotten stock, because the product can be found ANYWHERE!! Really... do you think customers go out of their way to try you by bringing back rotten items that belong to other stores?! PATHETIC!
