This company posts a 'welcome' voucher which arrives after expiry and the person who is asked to cover up for them is adamant that there is nothing she can do... They should follow the example of AARTO in Jhb due to the postal service in S.A. Why couldn't they send an email or sms voucher? I bet I will receive lots of promotional emails from them. No excuses for sloppy service. I wonder how many customers they have lost due to their non-response on Hellopeter, too! Poor company to deal with.
