No Service from [URL Removed]

An order was placed with [URL Removed] on Wednesday 2 October 2013. Payment was made on Thursday morning (first customer when bank opened) at 08h30. Since then, I had contact with 3 consultants, each one was submitted a copy of deposit slip. The last time, yesterday 9 October 2013 about 12h00, the lady I spoke to on telephone asked for another copy of deposit which I emailed to her while holding on for her to confirm receipt of my email. I mentioned to her that I will report [URL Removed] to HelloPeter if no corrective action is taken by them sorting out this problem. This lady phoned me back about half an hour later informing me that she sorted out the problems and Kalahari's website will be updated with my payment details within half an hour. This morning when I checked, the same message greeted me " Your order needs attention - Awaiting payment". As promised, I now report their bad (or must it be said - no service) to Hello Peter. Give them the publicity they deserve. I also cancelled my order by email earlier this morning and expect a further struggle to get them to refund me (as reported by various other dissatisfied [URL Removed] customers awaiting their refunds)!!!
