I originall sent a mail to Wynand Diedericks and he said he will get back to me, after no calls or mails i sent another and he responded.

Please visit your nearest store to have a look at the available options, alternatively we will be receiving stock on this unit the 2ndweek August
Please keep us posted with regards to you preference as to arrange with the Pavilion store to arrange for the collection of the defective unit/ delivery of new unit

I am still waiting i sent another mail i get an out of office then i get a reply from Vanessa Varty and she said she will resolve my issue but i am still waiting original mail started on 19 july 2013 and to date still not resolved
