My grand father recently bought some milk from pick n pay to find out that the milk was off. my grand father then took the milk back the next week as he has no means of transport .. the lady at the customer service and the manager on duty told my grand father that he could not return it which was unacceptable as his old and lives off a pension and for them to not listen and understand why he could only take the milk back at that time was not fair. very dissapointed
