I recently had the pleasure of shopping at game galleria. As I walked in I was in abit of a rush so I headed straight to the info counter, there stood Mr. Imraan Khan. A very friendly gentleman who was more than glad to assist me. I must say that I had though customer service had gone to the dogs but thank you game galleria, you have proved me wrong!
