I bought a pant on the 24th September 2013 and I wore it once some rough patch came out on the right hip side went back to the shop on the 4th of october to complain they said they will come back to me in 3 days and they did in a day of which was good but they said they can do anything with it as their operations manager said its not their fault after footing such amount of money and wearing an item once? And the lady Olivia was just laughing at me when I needed clarity and as the shop they won't do nothing I must pick up my pant or they can post it back to me
