Well, since your call centre wont release the names of your suppliers who are completely useless when it comes to providing the products on time I am going to direct this at Takealot.
It is high time you change your supplier who is providing the DVD service to you, they are useless and cannot provide a DVD when its released almost a month ago. I ordered something off your site with hope of it been shipped by the 19th September for a DVD that had a worldwide release of 9th September yet as of today it still hasn't arrived! And when I call its the same excuse... Lets contact the buyer who then contacts the ever useless supplier you guys are using who clearly is not on top of things because this never use to happen before! So what exactly is the issue because this supplier is the one thats dragging your name through the mud with irate clients
