PLease bear in mind that i allready complained about the same jet in the last 6 months, where the regional manager did phone me and apologised. This is uneceptable, Standing again in a que on month end and only 2 cashiers, no manager on the floor. THe one cashier got no idea what he was doing and keep asking the other what to do. Im soooooo over this, did ask for the manager which was at the back somewhere doing whatever, she came out and when i complained she looked at me if I was speaking a foreign language, didnt apologise, nothing. I dont want the regional manager to contact me again because i might just loose it, Service delivery is not rocket science. If you cant do your job, get another one where you dont have to deal with customers on a daily basis.
