I shop at Mr Price - the clothing stores as well as the Home stores. I love Mr Price. What I don't love is having to show their security guards all my till slips when I leave their store to prove I haven't from them.
I try to use as few shopping bags as possible, so sometimes I put my purchase in another store's bag. I DON'T need to have to find all my till slips to prove I didn't something from your store that you don't sell in the first place.
It's humiliating and a nuisance, and makes me double think walking in there if I've shopped elsewhere before.
Start having some trust and maybe install beepers at your doors.
