NO SERVICE DELIVERY

In plain simple english 'service delivery' means just that. FYI it is breach of contract when you claim you will deliver and you do not follow through. Once again HomeChoice take your consultants in for training, they are rude and ill mannered to clientele over the phone'.Let he who has no sin throw the first stone'..You want us to pay our accounts in good time then you better give me motivation to do so, you better treat me with respect as your client. RECENTLY I was off work on maternity leave and had complications and had to be hospitalised, I could not take most of my calls or make payments and the first few hundred consultants who call u daily were informed when they called in to grill me about my non payment. I only got back to work this mid month and had made arrangement to pay off monthend..in the two weeks before monthend I have recieved 5 mobile texts threatening blacklisting..for what?? Even a letter came in the post with threat I had made arrangements to pay with mind you... your VERY RUDE -NO WORK ETHIC CONSULTANTS WHO NEED TO UNDERGO TRAINING... Deliver good service and you will recieve happy satisfied clientele who are more than willing to oblige. Give us our money's worth!
