In November 2013 I purchased packets of Huggies New baby Size 2 for my little one, however when I purchased the second packet of the same size (2) the packet of 88 nappies Contains Size 1 nappies, now which my Son must wear small nappies due to the Supply Mess up. This is totally unacceptable as we already paying too much for the nappies and to get an incorrect size than the one stated on the pack. I don't know if this questions the quality of their processes in packing stuff because it also brings questions on other products the group company produces. I don't think they subscribe to the Consumer Act if they did they would ensure consumers get the best of their products. Tried contacting the number on the pack and i cant go through, visited their website for contacts it refers us to an e-mail address which is non-existent on the site, how do I then contact the very same company that failed me. I'm utterly disappointed and I await to see what corrective measures will they take... DISAPPOINTED!!!
