Please deliver what I ordered and paid for

Ordered extra length bed as a friend was visiting from Australia. Bed was delivered in the nick of time (after driver getting lost many times as the call centre did not pass on the GPS co-ordinates), BUT it was not extra length! Spoke to "management" while truck was still there and they said it would be replaced in 7 days.

1 week, then 2 weeks passed, we eventually phoned, but clearly they are not interested in solving the issue. We tried again (obviously cannot get the same operator as they are "busy on another call") and were asked for a reference number (which no-one had mentioned before!!!). Every time we phone, they pass the buck and we are meant to be impressed with the slogan: " your case has been escalated to management level".

Had I checked Hellopeter before buying the bed, I would not even have considered them! Shocking track history!!!
