Poor quality and bad service

I bought a dining room table and 8 chairs from Weylandts, approx. three years ago,
We don't have children and don't entertain much at home so are very light on our furniture.
In three years three chairs have broken. The legs have literally snapped or totally detached from the seat of the chair. This is not even a case of when one sits on the chair but rather when the chair is pulled out to be seated on.

Weylandts have advised me that the range is NOT dysfunctional and this is only my set that shows these characteristics - however they have stopped the line?

What makes the entire situation even worse is the service I get when I take the chairs in to be repaired (at my own cost).
In one instance they lost the chair altogether (Fourways) and now Durbanville lost my details and waited for me to call in to confirm the status of the repair. This was quite ironic as I insisted on proof that they had my chair give my previous experiences. I was then told by Robert De jager that this was not the norm and they did not provide proof of receipt of goods. Maybe why they lost my details all together.
It is a comedy of errors when dealing with their over opinionated staff.
