I would like to complain about customer service, my car batery is exactly one week out of guarantee and the people at midas Goodwood blatantly refuse to even check or have my batery checked by their supplier. How the can this be tolerated? I t is not as if I had waited a month or two? What do they expect, do they want to keep me as a customer? Thank you for damping my trust in the store where I purchase quite a lot of goodies. I feel sick after this. I need to know who the manufacturer is, so I can take it up with them!!!
