Recently I had a query on a shoe and I received a call back from Charly. She was super efficient and made me want to shop everyday!!! (bad one though) :-) Charly has been in touch with me all the time and really went the extra mile in every way! I waited a week for delivery and Charly kept me up to date all the time. There was an error on your side with regards to the amount and Charly made sure that she sorted it out for me.
