I am sick and tired of the bad service, bad attitude, wrongly marked products and products being scanned wrong at the till. I cannot remember the last time I walked out of checkers satisfied. Specials that are advertised are not correctted on the system and customers are charged full price. This is from the public. This has happened to me, my friends and family NUMEROUS times and I am sick and tired of this.

The attitude of the staff is hurendous. They are the most unpleasant people. They never greet, neve want to help. There is never a manager to sort out problems, and when they do appear out of the woodwork they insult you as if they as a supplier are doing you a favour to help you. One of the employees with a rubish bag walked and bumped my 83 year old grandmother out of the way. When this was reported tbey I formed us they will look at the video footage if and when there is time. They did not even apologise.

There is NEVER EVER more han two tills open. Even on a payday, allpay or any busy day. At 5h on shift change when the whole of swellendam is doing shopping all the tills are closed for shift change. Where is checkers head office? Is this the standard??
