I opened an account at Jet Earlier this year, I only requested for account protection plan, to my surprise, I have never received statements from them since I opened my accounts and when i phoned they said they have posted them. I then phoned and requested them to email me, which they did, to my surprise, since I opened the account they have been taking EXTRA R118.50 which i do not know about. I want them to refund my money since i opened the account because I never joined these services with them.
