Hello Peter,
I would like to thank the branch of American Swiss Jewellers Southgate for the manner in which they have resolved my matter.
The people assisting me made sure that I completed all the paper work and that everything was sent through to The Foschini Group (TFG).
A special thank you has to go to the lady who personally handled my matter, her name is Bonisiwe.
She keep me update every step of the way and even made sure that I received everything.
She went as far as making sure that everything gets couriered to the Southgate branch.
Had it not been for her kind and good work ethics, I would be left in the dark and wondering what is going on.
