On Saturday 21.09.2013 I visited Mistrys warehouse in Kya Sands with the intention of purchasing a new TV cabinet. Initially the sales staff were pleasant enough and I decided on an item that I wanted to purchase. The assistant (Indian male in early twenties) gave me their contact for varnishing the unit who I spoke to telephonically (Kumar) and agreed on a price for varnishing and delivery. Once ready to pay I explained to the shop assistant that I would like the goods to be delivered in good order and that if there were any damages I would be back to complain. He told me that he would rather not sell me the item and I could leave. I find this to be unacceptable and strongly resent being insulted by a shop attendant. I will never go back there. The majority of people are fed up with the lack of service when making a purchase of any kind. I find this type of business ethic to be quite bizarre in these hard economic times. It tells me that Mistrys do not trust in their workmanship. I urge the public not to spend their money at this outlet. I bought the required item at another shop and it was delivered the same day at no charge with smiling faces. DO NOT SHOP AT MISTRYS KYA SANDS.
