Ubbish quality

We have been buying shoes from your stores for the past 3 years. Feb this year i bought my husband a pair of Nike Shox Turbo 13 paid /- R1200 for them. 7 months down the line they have torn down the side and he does not wear them that often the tread on the bottom is still like new.
This is rubbish.
If this is the quality that you are selling we will never support your stores again. I will be sure to tell all my family and friends about it that they do not buy from your stores.
R 1200 down the drain if you ask me.
