I phoned on tuesday to get A consultant out to fo a appraisal.
I spoke to Bella. She told me Tammy will give me a call on thursday which never happened. This morning friday 20 September I called them again and asked for tammy. She was not in the office. Bella then asked me what this had to do with. I said check your booking list. Tammy phoned me back awhile later and said bella never sent the request on tuesday. I then asked dor a appraisal on a piano. O sorry if it is not a grand piano they dont do it.
And for paintings she trsnsfered me to someone else.
What is it with bad service.
