Empty Pie

I purchased a pepper steak pie from Woolworths on 19 Sept 2013. There were exactly three tiny pieces of meat inside and a little sauce. A huge gaping cavity of nothing inside the pastry. I have taken a photo.
This is not what one expects from Woolworths
