Horrible service and no people-skills

Utterly bad service from Unicorn Tack, even though I've been a customer since 2009. I ordered tack worth R2 400 (full sheepskin pad, full numnha and full 5point breastplate). I EFT-ed the full amount and received the tack a few days later. The breastplate was not a FULL size, but a COB size. AT MY OWN EXPENSE, I mailed the incorrect size back. I immediately sent Chris the tracking number and was ensured that the correct size will be sent ASAP. Days later I asked when I could expect my breastplate. Nobody replied. After another enquire, I was informed that they would only send the correct size (which twas their mistake) once they received the COB size.By this time it had been 2 weeks since I paid the full amount, yet I was treated like a criminal trying to do them in. After more emails and messages they were reluctant to inform me whether they received the COB size. Finally they decided to send me the correct size, however they did not send it to the same address they did the first time. They sent it to a post office, whilst promising delivery to your doorstep.. I'm appalled by the terrible service and rude, unhelpful owner.
