I ordered a game on the 6th of September. I phone about 5/6 times to find out why my payment is not showing on my order. I had to send the proof of payment 3 times and every time I follow up they ask me to send it again, After failed attempts to get the payment allocated I asked this week to speak to a manager. 3 Different people promised me they will phone me back within a few hours but 2 days later no call from the first person and no call back from the two managers that promised yesterday to phone me back. This is not acceptable.
