I recently purchased a Nivea Men Fresh Active Anti Perspirant roll on deoderant. My complain is the roll on ball that does not turn. This is not the first one I have found. This causes endless frustration. Nivea is a good product but serious consideration should be given to their quality checks. There is no contact number on the product either. Please advise.
