LONG STANDING CLIENT TREATED TERRIBILY!!!

We have been a good client of Neptune Marine for over 10 years and just recently we ordered an electric motor from them for R 3800 that ASC were selling the same unit for R1500 just had no stock. Anyway, when we got the part, we opened the box and it was broken obviously dropped in transit sometime. We had witnesses to this fact. we then called Dicky form Neptune Marine and explained the situation. After some time of quite poor after sales service and many calls I got a call from Neville the owner who asked if we could now pay an extra R300 for their insurance excess. I was actually quite shocked and refused as the part was more than double the price of ASC!! He then ended the call quite abruptly. Two or so weeks later we try to order another different part only to get told that Neville has given the order NOT to supply us anymore!! When I called him to discuss the matter, he used very fowl language on the phone. Hows that after all the support we have given over the years. Watch out for Neville because if things don't go his way... he will cut you off too, even though times are tough and Neptune Marine is very expensive!!! Team Peterswatersports
