What happened to giving good customer service? Had too many issues at this branch, first with stock being advertised on promotion got to the store and they had no stock, asked for a reign check and 3 weeks later nobody called back to let me know that their stock has arrived. Friday again phoned in for a promotional item to ask them to keep one aside for me as I was on my way there, the assistant assured me they had stock, I gave him my name to attach to the item, only to get there and nobody knows of anything kept aside for me, and that I was lucky enough to get the last unit left in store. This is totally unacceptable and pathetic service, I will no longer be spending my money there PERIOD. They tend to forget that it is customers who pay their salaries at the end of the day, but with service like THAT, I will not contribute any longer. Game you have lost a regular customer who has shrugged off your service for far too long.
