Ordered my AEG Filter Coffee maker on 10th September - I opted to collect the product with my own couriers, but I misread not realizing that the item is stocked in Johannesburg.
So when I called, the kind lady on the other end informed me that I would have to wait for the product to be retrieved at the Cape branch before I can collect.
She offered to have me change the order to allow for them to change my order to utilize the free delivery - which is standard for orders above R350.00 - so I asked her to go ahead with that.
To my complete surprise - 11th of September - delivered!
