I sent a friend to buy the advertised Sumsang Rexto Dual Sim priced at R299. When she arrived at the store she was told "Oops that was an advertising error and the actual price is R499" and she was refused the product. I then called the shop and explained to Mercicia that it is not my problem they advertised the product incorrectly and to please issue the product to my friend. Mercicia did this but only supplied her with one of the four required and advised she would have to speak to the regional manager before she can issue the remaining 3. This is unacceptable and disgusting customer service. If PEP made a mistake they should pull all their ads and put a sign up stating there was an error. This however was not the case. Please note I would like some feedback ASAP as this is unacceptable.
