I went to TWT this morning to buy some washer or something for one my mag wheels that got damaged. It is a small part and the computer did not show any stock. Any other person would just shake their heads and say - no stock - or maybe, we can order for you. Not Jaco, no, he went to the back and did a physical check and found one. As it was early, he did not tell met to wait until one of the technicians came in to fix it to the wheel, he got his hands dirty and fixed it himself! When one of the technicians arrived, they just double checked and sent me off.
