Since January my complaint is not resolved

I bought myself a wall unit costing R10 000 in 2012 October and i discovered that it was a damage goods in December, i reported the matter in January 2013< ever since they have not taken an action against my complain.
When i make a call to a bears customer care they call the manager and she start telling to them...
