Do not deal with this company guys. My dad has been trying for days to get a refund from this company after paying R750 on the 08/08/2013. He is told the money IS NOT SHOWING ON THEIR BOOKS EVEN THOUGH FNB HAS CONFIRMED THE PAYMENTS. IN THE PAST I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR SELLING A FAULTY TV TO MY DAD. I HAD TO FIGHT TO GET THIS TV REPLACED.

I WANT THIS COMPANY TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY HAVE REFUSED TO GIVE A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT AND WE NEED A FULL STATEMENT SHOWING ALL THE INSTALLMENT THAT HAVE BEEN PAID INCLUDING CHARGES AND OTHER FEES. THEY EVEN IGNORED MY COMPLAINT ON FRIDAY AND PHONED MY DAD YESTERDAY TO SAY HE MUST GO TO THE BANK TO SORT IT OUT.
THIS IS CRAZY. PLEASE TREAT MATTER AS URGENT PLEASE
