Checker Ignore Complaints

I wrote a complaint in July and received the usual corporate bla-bla and a telephone call from an underling saying my complaint has been sent to division. In addition to no action being taken by the incompetents at division headquarters, I have been dumped on their newsletter which I am unable to "unsubscribe" from. Checkers have behaved in an annoying and incompetent manner.
