No goods received-sent to wrong address

I ordered jeans through them from Labels for less on 8 August. Today is the 30th.
Francis sent me tracking number, which upon further investigation shows that parcel at a place called Langlaagte, which I have never heard of. They refuse to take responsibility, no one follows up with me, i have sent over 12 emails and I just get the same GENERIC computerised response each time. My address details are correct on the order, postal code 2191 which is Rivonia, Bryanston area, but they keep on telling me I am wrong.
Labels for less is just that- LESS and I would rather pay five times the price than deal with them again!
I just want my money back, and will never use them again. I shop online daily and this is just a joke!
