Hello Peter,

During my festive season i visited SPAR Tops (Calata street) CRADOCK, every time i went to SPAR I find this Stella who is always shouting at the customers. I also witness this BAD behavior from this lady.

When i spoke to her she was so RUDE and kept telling me that she is the MANAGER and she can talk the way she feels. Imaging the people of this poor town, they have to live with this attitude 365 days.

If she claim to be a manager she should be able to relate better to customers as they are the one's who pay her salary every day. She need to be brough to book.

I require an apology from her.
