I placed an order on the 8th of January 2013 for one ps3 game and one book. The order confirmation was imediate as for the delivery stated on their site 2-10 days I AM STILL WAITING on the 24 JANUARY 2013 THATS 13 DAYS FOR 2 SMALL ITEMS.
I can not understand the hold up the confirmation was Imediate and its just 2 ITEMS a game and a book. I Phoned the customer care line where I was told they do HAVE STOCK and they will send it to their couriers.
I phoned them again on the 23 January 2013 when i was told their systems were OFFLINE but someone will phone me on the morning of the 24th, I am still waiting for that phone call so I phoned them again, when I was told the Courier Manager will phone but HERES THE KICKER - MY ORDER IS NOT YET SENT TO THE COURIERS SO WHY WILL THE COURIERS PHONE ME!!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THE HOLD UP ITS 2 ITEMS!!! AND THERE IS STOCK!!!
