I went to Cash Crusaders this afternoon to try an get a loan as my fianc? e is terminally ill and I do not have money to go to the hospital and probably get one or two things sorted. I got there and told the manager how much I get paid and when I get paid. I went with an item. Of which I was told that the phone I was willing to have them hold until I get the money. Well I usually have money and I do not get my phones from South Africa so the first time I went I was told to bring the charger with me. The next day which was today. I went back and I was told they do not accept that type of charger without an adapter. Now the thing is this how was I supposed to know that and when I bought the phone I had to buy the plug as it is a British plug. I then wondered what type of service RANDBURG offers after I was compared to the70% of people that happen to drop by and do not pay back. You can not treat people based on a statistic. Most of all I get paid on Friday and its known as an emergency. I would be back by Friday to collect my phone. Its all about customer service I was even willing to sign that I will give it to them on Friday. Seriously a two day Loan. Just because of a plug. SO RUDE
