Disgusted at decline of service delivery

I would like to express my general disgust at the rapid decline of service delivery at my local PicknPay.

Prices of items are not what they are as shown, staff have disregard for people walking in the shop, just cutting customers off in the isles.

This morning, I was there to pick up a few things and saw there was a "special for the 27th August only" on Simba chips for R8.00. So I grab 2 packets. Only to find that when rung up at the till, its still original price and not as advertised outside and inside the shop.

So i pointed it out to the teller, and she had no clue that this "special" was going on. The supervisor was no where to be found! So there was an issue trying to void these items, taking 15 minutes of my time and as a result, I was extremely late for work.

Usually it takes me 5 minutes to get everything and pay and go in the mornings.

I used to enjoy shopping at this particular Pick n Pay above all shops, But now I dont.
