I went to Makro to buy appliances for my new apartment, I found there were specials on the products I wanted, so I got them at almost half what I expected to pay, and they delivered to the apartment on the 5th floor of my building (the lift stops 2 floors above, and they had to come down the stairs with all the stuff to get to mine) the very same day. Without any complaints or excuses. I was impressed with the positive attitude and willingness to help, as well as the great prices and same day delivery.
