Incompetent customer service staff

Jet is charging me for the phone insurance that i have cancelled in 2006. they were not sending statements and i asked for it and found out that they still charge me for it. iwent to pretoria north brach and called the customer service they said it was not cancelled yet. i want my money back from JET because i do not have the phone anymore and they have been taking R40 every month for it. i got the insurance number and they said they only have records from 2012 not 2006, this means JET doesnt keep customer payment records for the past years so even if i claimed for the lost phone it was going to be a long process for me to get it as they do not have the record for the past years that shows that i have been paying for the insurance. i canceled the insurance directly with the insurer.
