In short, i sent in my Puma watch for repairs in 2012, today, 21 August 2013, i am waiting to hear from Cape Jewel in Paarl Mall as it has not yet been sent back. When it will is still a mystery. I believe that i was very patient with this up until now and it is extremely frustrating to every time having to either call or go to the shop to follow up.
According to the jewellery shop, it is because of confusion on S.Bacher & Company's side. When the watch arrives, it's the wrong one, if it is not at the branch it must come from somewhere. If there is no news on the watch, it is because of confusion between the two companies. I am unsure of what it still is i am to do to just simply get back my watch/ for it to be replaced. How can it take so long, probably a good solid year almost to repair/replace a watch?
I am extremely irritated at this point in time.
