Just recify and understand the problem

For some unknown reason my debit order amount increased to R1000 which was not requested by me to you or anyone else to do it, please can this be rectified and I get refunded to the amount of R240, as the normal instalment of R760 should be reflected as the only amount to be debited off my account.

I have been trying since 09h00 this morning to call the Inbound Department - Debit Order Administrator and no answer. This service is terrible and unacceptable.
Furthermore when I send an email to the Debit Order Administrator, he sends me a Customer Lookup which states that the debit amount reflects R760 but the amount that was debited off my account this morning reflects an amount of R1000, I just want this to be recified and refunded the difference which is R240.00.
