PnP lost a loyal custome

PnP Mulbarton really need to get their act together... Items are always out of stock, produce are days old etc... I have complained many times to the floor manager, but their is always one or other excuse or she blames the floor staff (and I know it is not their fault)... I have complained to the store owner, with the same result. Your area manager then phoned me after i logged formal complaint, but still no improvement. I use to shop at PnP every week, spending between R1500-R2000 per week on my monthly groceries. This is now being spent elsewhere (up the road at your competitor and the difference is remarkable)... You have lost a loyal client of the last 10 years. You do not need to call me; to apologize to me... It is to late, I gave you that opportunity many times. The only reason I am placing this on HelloPeter is to inform you and perhaps you can fix it before there is serious trouble.
