I have been over charged several times at this specific store but the cherry on the cake was when I was charged R1, 000 for a bag of calamari! The cashiers distract you when doing a "bulk" shop and over charge you. I wrote numerous complaints to Pick 'n Pay but never received any response except a rude manager in the store saying they will just refund the amount.
