My wife called into Workshop 90 and was treated with disdain by the owner Charmaine. Her comment was, "I'm not going to waste my time letting your daughter try on my clothing if you are not going to buy."
I called her to discuss and she was completely combative and unwilling to budge on her stance that she would not waist her time if she could see we may buy somewhere else.
Obviously business must be so good that she feels she can pick and choose customers as she pleases.
Customer service is obviously not a her strong point. She told me I'm not welcome in her shop as she reserves the right of admission.
Had she been able to levy a service my wife would have purchased all her ballet attire their but now I'm left having to run around to by somewhere else.
Charmaine told me she did not care for my business or my attitude.
