I installed 3 of Franke's geysers through a plumber in Nelspruit in Lydenburg. Beginning of July the one geyser was faulty and the matter was reported to Nelspruit immediately, who informed me that I must put pressure on a "Vincent" to be phoned at (086) 143 2887. I phoned Vincent four times, and was never able to speak to him, and he never phoned me back after I left messages. For more than a month the parts were not delivered by Franke to the Nelspruit guys, so they were not able to fix my geyser (still under guarantee).
Because of this terrible service delivered by Franke, I was not able to rent out that unit of mine for the month, and therefor had damages to the value of R4, 900.
Please contact me urgently so that I can send you an invoice for my damages with my banking details, so that the R4, 900 can be paid into my account urgently.
