Bad attitude and bad behaviou

On the 18th of June 2013, I went to the store, I was with my kids. suddenly the other child vomited and they said i must clean the floors and pay for all the clothes that where affected. i cleaned the floors, however i didn't afford to pay for the clothes. they called the manager and he told me the same story. He then said i must leave my phone as a sign of return. If i came back to pay for the clothes I will be refunded my phone i refused to leave the phone. They then asked for my IDENTITY DOCUMENT. When i told them that i am unemployed they said i should see to finish, because every says so. I was very shocked with this kind of attitude, and I still don't have my ID because i am unemployed and i really cannot afford that money. the manager was telling me i shouldn't come to the mall with sick child. we all know you cannot predict children's health. i would like to know if this is the treatment they give to all of their customers? shouldn't we come into the store when we have kids? or money? All i would like to know is how long are they going to keep my IDENTITY DOCUMENT because i am unemployed i cant afford the money they want? And what do they pay the insurance fo
