Good evening,

I just got off a call with one of your call centre agents.
Firstly, how do you expect anybody to stay up to date on their accounts when we're expected to pay the same instalment every month no matter how much the account balance?

You expect R230.00 from me every single month on a balance of less than R1000.00??
That instalment needs to be lowered.
No wonder I can't get this account closed because it's hard enough bringing the balance down.

What you should do is train your staff on store level on your billing system so that one needn't learn it when getting your account.

I would like my instalment to be lowered.
I will not be forced to pay R460.00 on the 1st of September on a balance of R601.57.
I think it's ridiculous and I am sure a lot of consumers don't even have a clue.

Do not call me with your terms and conditions because you'd be wasting my time.
Your billing procedures are not at the back of the till slip.
