It's almost a month now without the couches I had a reply on the 5th of August and that was it in the meantime I'm paying for something that I don't have!
Apparently they are waiting for the material but up to date not a phone call or a word, I cannot stress how putrid the service is from furniture city from day one!
Everything is a struggle, the furniture is so expensive there and yet this is the service one gets!
We don't have any other couches and that's our problem even though im paying for it, this is so frustrating and just nothing is being done about it!
